Privacy
The Agency guarantees that data are processed in full respect of the fundamental rights of the user and of his or her dignity, with particular reference to the confidentiality of his or her personal identity and the right to protect sensitive data.
Purpose of data processing:
to public entities, if required by law; to credit institutions collaborating with our agency for debts management and for financing mediation; to all those natural and/or legal persons, public and/or private (legal, administrative and tax offices, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.), if the transmission is necessary or appropriate for the exercise of our activity, as well as with the aforementioned methods and with the respective purposes.
Diffusion
The personal data processed by our agency are not subject to public diffusion.

Data processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic means and will include all the operations foreseen by art. 4, paragraph 1, letter a, Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196. In any case, the data will be processed in accordance with all security measures that ensure its security and confidentiality.
User rights
Article 7(7) of the Data Protection Act introduces the possibility for the user to exercise several rights. The user shall have the right to obtain confirmation if personal data related to him or her do exist, to obtain information about its availability, where appropriate, origin, purposes and reasons for the processing, as well as information about the entities for its diffusion. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him or her, of their rectification and integration, cancellation, blocking in violation of the law and transformation into anonymous form. The user has in any case the right to oppose to their treatment for legitimate reasons. He has the right to totally or partially reject the processing of his or her personal data and to request their deletion, blocking, and transformation into anonymous form if the data are used for commercial communication, for sending advertising materials, direct selling or market research.
